When you see this message, it means that the item you are viewing is currently in-stock within one of our facilities and is available to be shipped as soon as your order is placed and your payment is processed.

Due to the current economy and delays of shipping and supplies, Limited Production/Out-Of-Stock orders may or may not take up to 5 weeks to be produced and/or delivered from the day of order. There are some situations which are out of our control and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Orders containing "Special Order" items may be shipped directly from one of our manufacturing facilities across the globe rather than our Los Angeles shipping headquarters if we see that the order will be delivered to a customer sooner.

Why Is This Product A Special Order Item or Out-Of-Stock?

Due to a high volume of daily orders we receive, a large quantity of product designs with multiple variants and options, and smaller production teams located all over the world, we work a little different than most other businesses. We are often out-of-stock on a lot of items due to the large amounts of orders but try to catch up as swiftly as possible without distorting the quality of our products. That is why we allow orders to be placed on items even if they are out-of-stock so that once they are produced and in-stock again, pending orders will be the first to be shipped out.

Every Forgitec product comes with a limited 365 day warranty (unless otherwise stated per individual product description) which covers any defects or damage due to a fault of our own. Any damage caused by consumer will not be covered under warranty. No exception.

Damage and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For Any and All Warranty Claims, The Consumer Must Meet These Certain Conditions:

- Provide photo and video proof of failure or damage of product(s).

- Provide proof of purchase such as email receipt or invoice.

- Be able and willing to ship back damaged item(s) in exchange for a replacement or refund.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

- Forgitec products purchased through an individual consumer or third-party retailer.

- Improper installation.

- Improper follow-up maintenance.

- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
